Need drainage for an extension or new house?

Whether it is a new extension or a new house we are able to specify, install and commission all foul and surface-water drainage. All of our installations meet or exceed the requirements of Approved Document H of the Building Regulations. We carry full Public and Employee Liability insurance. We guarantee all our workmanship and materials and will gladly supply references from recent works carried out in your neighbourhood. We are able to work off plan and happily liaise with the main contractor and the building inspector where necessary. Our extensive experience in drain laying will often result in ideas and suggestions which may lead to a reduction in installation costs. The conversion of a spare room into a new bathroom or cloakroom is often considered impractical due to lack of nearby drainage. We have provided many householders with new connections into drains where they had previously been advised that this was not possible. On completion, a site inspection is made by the operations manager to check that the work meets our exacting standards, ensure the site has been cleaned and restored to its former condition, and that the client is fully satisfied with the work.
